Description

Potent inhibitor of PKA (Ki=3.0 μm), PKC (Ki=6 μm), PKG (Ki=5.8 nM), and myosin light chain kinase (Ki=97 μm). Selectivity for PKC can achieved when used in conjunction with HA-1004.
