Luria Agar 1 Gram Buffered Capsules are super convenient. Eliminate messy weighing. Consistant and accurate measurement. Convenient premeasured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates pH adjustments.
Capsules contain all necessary ingredients for maintenance and propagation of E. Coli.
Simply add 40 capsules to one liter of water, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes at 121°C.
