For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. High Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade. pH (4% solution at 25ºC): 6.8-7.2

 

Dissolve 40 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Adjust pH to 7.2. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
