Description
Efficiently solubilizes proteins at non-denaturing concentrations. Useful in the isolation and purification of proteins, protein crystallization and renaturation of proteins. NDSB-211 has been successfully employed to separate halophilic malate dehydrogenase and halophilic bacteria elongation factor Tu by high-performance ion-exchange chromatography without significant loss of activity.
