AG 1112 also known as Tyrphostin AG 1112 is a Casein Kinase II inhibitor. It is a Bcr-Abl Kinase blocker that stimulates and activates the terminal differentiation of K562 cells and the purging of Ph+ cells. AG 1112 has been suggested to be regulatory in function, some of them are cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis.
