Water with heat
Room Temperature
For maintaining and propagating yeasts in molecular biology applications. The addition of protein and yeast extract promotes better growth.
Add 65 grams per liter of water. Heat and stir until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Peptone: 20 g/L
- Dextrose: 20 g/L
- Yeast Extract: 10 g/L
- Agar: 15 g/L
