Okadaic Acid Ammonium Salt is a potent inhibitor of protein phosphatases, especially protein phosphatase 1 and 2 classes. Also used as a tumor promoter. This salt form provides increased stability in solution. It is a toxin derived from Halichondria okadai. Greater stability than the free acid when stored in prescribed condition.
