For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.
pH (2% H2O @ 25ºC): 6.8-7.2
Protocol: Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

- Yeast Extract: 5 g/L
- Sodium Chloride: 5 g/L
