Inhibits IFNa production and blocks nuclear translocation of IRF7 in plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Facilitates wound healing by inhibiting TNFa-induced MMP expression. A useful tool for probing the involvement of NFkB in physiological and pathophysiological processes. Cell permeable.
