Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VII (for His Tag Sequences) is specially formulated mixture of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases.
Recommended for purification of proteins containing His tag sequences. 1 mL is recommended for about 10 g of cells.
Each vial contains:
- 100 mM AEBSF HCl
- 5 mM Bestatin
- 1.5 mM E-64
- 2 mM Pepstatin A
- 200uM Phosphoramidon disodium salt
Preparation: Supplied as a liquid in 1 mL DMSO. Add to water, aqueous buffer or directly to extraction media.
