Protease Inhibitor Cocktail V, EDTA-Free, Animal-Free is a mixture of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine, cysteine but not metalloproteases. For applications that require animal-free reagents.
1X stock solution contains:
- 500 μM AEBSF HCl
- 150 nM Aprotinin, recombinant (animal-free)
- 1μM E-64
- 1μM Leupeptin hemisulfate
Preparation: Reconstitute each vial with 1 mL water to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution. Dilute with 100 mL solution to achieve 1X stock solution. Soluble in water, aqueous buffers, or add directly to extraction media.
